PAC descriptions and classifications are enriched using artificial intelligence (GPT-4) to provide plain-English explanations of PAC purposes, industries, and ideological leanings. This AI-generated content is clearly labeled and based on public data.

This data is factual and sourced directly from government databases. We do not editorialize, endorse, or recommend political positions.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third-party advertisers. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising SDKs. CongressWatch does not display advertisements.

Your anonymous device identifier and preferences are stored on secure servers. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
